25.01.2022 No you wont see dinosaurs, meerkats or tigers at Woolara Park when you stay here, but were not too far from Australia Zoo where you can see them all & much, much more!!

24.01.2022 Some of our visitors at Woolara Park are repeat offenders and each one truly welcomed..... Except perhaps at 2am in the morning!! Can you guess who that was? Mum & bub koala thought about taking a shortcut via the dog enclosure, luckily the noisy dogs dissuaded them quickly!!

21.01.2022 Many thanks to the Lafferty Contract Fencing team for installing replacement fencing at Woolara Park. Our new concrete posts with solid plastic droppers in between are there for the long term!! Our front boundary has pine posts with 6 wires to discourage animal access

Rudolph and his friends have joined us at the front gate this year...... perhaps theyre like Pinnochio and think theyll turn from wooden statues into real little deer?! The local wild deer were in the paddock last night, maybe theyve come to check the competition out?!

15.01.2022 Late in the afternoon after a beautiful day is a magic time here at Woolara Park. The setting sun glistens on the trees newly barked by the recent winds & you can feel nature settling into a relaxing night rhythm.

14.01.2022 What a wonderful morning's adventure we enjoyed Saturday! Starting at Woolara Park, we explored tracks & trails and incredible views from hill tops high! And the grass...... unbelievable!! The horses finished their jaunt with a cooling splash in Station Creek..... heaven in our own backyard!!

13.01.2022 Welcome to our newest residents at Woolara Park! We were given another 4 hens this week..... now we are provided with an array of egg shell colours each day...... white, brown, cream and blue! Just need some green eggs to go with our ham, dont we Dr Seuss?!

13.01.2022 Now were really being extravagant! Triple layer Pavlova for dessert last night and home made Honeycomb & Rocky Road to finish off our BBQ lunch today! Our horse riding guests are feeling very spoilt!!

11.01.2022 So we have had a bit of rain at Woolara Park..... the first photo was mid August & the others just today. Even the fairies are out to play, creating fairy rings in the horses paddock!! Luckily for us, all the hail & stormy conditions diverted to just north and south of us

10.01.2022 Weve been adding to our designs and our garden display will soon be complete. The chickens are just waiting their turn to be routed & painted! Dont ask me to pick a favourite, I doubt that I could,(but I am a bit partial to the campfire scene)!

09.01.2022 Were creating a display to locate amongst our garden plants using offcuts from a retaining wall job...... hardwood sleepers plus a router & black paint! Heres a sample of our efforts!

09.01.2022 Feel like a break for a day or three? This month Woolara Park has been a delightful haven for horse riders, adventure walkers, new community members & local event participatants. Our guest book is brimming with great reviews which we love to read!

07.01.2022 Christmas is just around the corner so time to decorate the front entrance! Our Christmas tree has solar powered lights for the night creatures to marvel at & is made from recycled barb wire. Our gifts under the tree would only delight a termite or two we think!!

06.01.2022 Afternoon tea snack or nibbles before dinner, both options tasted delicious and all made without additives and preservatives. Even the beetroot hummus was made at home without ingredients whose name you cannot pronounce!
