25.01.2022 Happy new year everybody. As most of you will already know, my PT studio in Short Street is closed and I have retired from Personal Training. I am now in the process of selling all of my equipment. Attached to this post is a complete list of all my equipment with selling prices. If you would like to buy anything please get in touch.

23.01.2022 Studio Closure To My Dear Valued Clients,... It is with considerable sadness that I must tell you that the Woolgoolga Personal Training studio in Short Street will close permanently on Thursday 17th December 2020. The Woolgoolga Public School from whom I rent the space have advised me that they require the facility for their own use from the beginning of term one in 2021. I would like to thank Paul, the Principal for his support over the more than seven years that I have occupied the premises. It has always been a pleasure to work with Paul, the school and the NSW Department of Education. To you my lovely clients, thank you so much for supporting me in my little business. Some of you have been with me since the beginning in 2013 and I am very grateful. It has been wonderful to be able to help you on your fitness journey. You have all become friends and I will miss you and our classes very much. I’m not disappearing completely. I shall be taking the whole of January off but in February I will be providing a mobile personal training service albeit on a smaller scale. If you have a suitable venue I will be happy to come and do one to one or small group training and classes. In the mean time it is business as usual. All of my classes will take place as detailed in my current timetable. Passes will still be available to buy at a reducing price, as we get closer to 17th December. Once again thank you all for choosing to train with me at the studio. I have loved every moment of it. We have had a lot of fun along with the workouts. 20.01.2022 There will be no classes on Monday 16th November as I will be attending my son’s graduation.

19.01.2022 This umbrella was left at the studio at the end of last year. If it belongs to you let me know and I will arrange for you to get it back.
