16.01.2022 Information for customers. (copy has been emailed) While we try to navigate the current issues regarding the Coronavirus there may be some disruptions to the availability of services we offer. We are doing our best to ensure the safety of our clients and staff during this time. As a preventative measure to reduce the spread of the virus any of our staff presenting with any cold or flu symptoms will be required to stay home until they are well. Any clients with any cold / fl...u like symptoms (even minor) are required to advise us of this and delay your clean until you are well. Any person who is advised to self isolate must cancel there service for the duration of their self isolation. How you can assist: - If you are not comfortable with staff entering your home due to social distancing and would prefer to delay your cleaning service during this period please let me know vie text message to 0439 310 005. - We are implementing the governments request of "social distancing". This means that while our cleaners attend your property you are required to stay a distance of 2 meters away from our staff, preferably move to another room while your clean is being carried out. Thankyou for your patience and cooperation while we navigate through the coming months.
