15.01.2022 Well there goes another one, they seem to sneak past quicker each year! As of Monday the 7th we have been hard at it and we hit the ground running, we did 91 quote this week so have been very busy. I hope everybody enjoyed the Christmas period and had a safe new year, we would like to thank everyone for their patients while we were shut and now we can quickly get back into routine and get the repairs moving smoothly through the shop again. Moving forward this year we would ...like to see if our customers could ring ahead and prebook a time for there quotes this will avoid any excessive waiting times and allow us to give you better service. Also as usual any feed back is welcome (good or bad) both ways this will help us to improve our business, here's one I received today :- " Hi Luke, just a quick email to say thank you to you and your team, my wife and I are rapt with the job you all have done on our car , and the service and courtesy we received, please accept our regards and thanks to you and your staff". 05.01.2022 It all happening at the moment, we are still busy enough crash wise but are also in the middle of some renovations, due to some water damage recently we have decided to refresh the inside of the offices at the same time (will put some pics up in the coming weeks)

Tonight Shorty & I were invited to an apprentice awards evening in Wangaratta which two of our apprentices, Billy Cowcher & Matt Roczniak, their family's and mentors attended. Not only do these boys do a great job at work every day, but they have excelled at trade school as well, both winning best apprentice in their year level. Congratulations Billy & Matt keep up the great work.
