08.01.2022 These are some very trying times that we are in. And we are taking things very seriously. For now business is still in operation, however, for the safety of our customers and our staff we have taken it upon ourselves to take extra precaution to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.... For some industries business cannot stop, shearing will still need to be done, cows still need to be milked and fed, and we are here to help in the event of a breakdown. We have implemented a closed-door policy here at Henrys Hydraulics / Woolpress Australia to the public - Our front door and showroom are now closed, and access will now only be available through the side workshop entrance, here you will be able to speak with us through the window from a distance. When entering the store please obey all signs and barricades. All job drop off and collection will take place in the side shed adjacent to the workshop entrance door to limit physical contact between customers and staff. All jobs/parts will be disinfected/hot washed before and after being worked on to help prevent transmission. If you're dropping off or picking up a larger item, like a wool press, then we'd appreciate a call before you come in. We'll be loading and unloading people while they're in their vehicle. Tieing down and untieing items will be done without the presence of a staff member to again avoid contact and transmission. In addition to the above, we will not be taking payment with cash or cheque, as it is far too hard for us to control transmission. All payments will need to be made either via EFT or credit card Please obey all the measures that we have put in place, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. This is something that we can slow the spread of, and it would greatly support our medical system in Australia that will undoubtedly need a helping hand in the coming weeks.
