03.01.2022 Conditions at Avalon were generally pretty light. We're due for some big breezes at the Lake Illawarra National Champs.

02.01.2022 Race of the century on Sunday morning. Boats swapping positions - first to last, and last to first - right through the race. Tangles with outrigger canoes, tangles with each other, robust reminders of the racing rules. Then, after over an hour of great racing, three boats all in a line approaching the finish. A brave call by Jacqui/Jarrett to drop the spinnaker before the finish! They still ended up crossing first (subject to robust protest) by about 25cm.
