05.01.2022 On the seventeenth of June, this year, Leah Parker successfully completed her early childhood education and care qualification. She has gained the Diploma of Ea...rly Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113). Leah is an early childhood educator at Woori Yallock Kinder, one of eighteen preschools in the Yarra Ranges Shire that are operated by Yarra Ranges Kindergartens Inc. A Department of Education Early Years Manager, Yarra Ranges Kindergartens Inc. provides quality preschool services across the whole of the local government area. Its aim is to remove all barriers to quality early childhood education for all families. Being community run and locally managed ensures that the individuality of each the eighteen preschools is maintained. Leah’s workplace, Woori Yallock Kinder, provides children with a safe, nurturing environment where they are free to learn, grow and thrive. Leah and her fellow staff members work hard to help each child discover a fascinating world of learning and play. The setting is designed to inspire all children to discover, to create friendships and to learn and grow. By undertaking and completing her qualification, Leah demonstrates that she is committed to the children for whom she provides early education and care, and their families. According to Josie, her trainer, Leah is a dedicated team-player, who enjoys strong connections to her co-workers, to the children and to their families. She shows that she is serious about her vocation in early childhood education and is a strong advocate for the value of high-quality early childhood education and care. Leah, congratulations and very well done on your completion. Thank you for choosing Nautilus Training to facilitate your professional learning and thanks, also, to your colleagues and workplace leadership for the support they gave you, as you undertook your studies.
