24.01.2022 SCHOOL SITE CLOSED - Saturday 28th Due to severe weather conditions on Saturday our school will be closed to all staff, students, contractors and community members. This will mean that in the event of a fire in the landscape near our school, we can assure emergency services that there is no one on site!
23.01.2022 Thank you to a special family who sent our staff a gift. You didn’t need to do this but it is always a lovely gesture that we all appreciate.

21.01.2022 We would like to thanks Mrs Janelle Hogan for spending four weeks at our school for her uni placement. Unfortunately it wasn’t the placement we’d hoped for, but Mrs Hogan has been an enormous help during our remote learning. We especially loved her sport lessons. All the best Mrs Hogan. We can’t wait to see you soon.

17.01.2022 AND HERE IT IS..... A New BIKE TRACK! During the year we received a Sporting Schools Grant. We have wished for a bike track for years and with the green light from School Council we got underway. Thanks to John Boyle @thesprinklerman and his team for their work. It is exactly how we imagined! Also thanks to Footts Earthmoving for donating the roller.... Week 1 of term 4 students will go through safety lessons before being allowed to use the track in week 2. Parents will also have to sign a permission note to allow students to use the track during recesses and lunch breaks. More information will follow.... we just wanted to let you know that when your child returns to school in term 4, a few things have changed around the grounds
17.01.2022 2 permission notes on Sentral. One for the bike track and one for bike Ed. Blue room = Monday Red room = Tuesday Green room = Wednesday Orange room = Thursday Yellow room = Friday Bike Ed Starts this week during P.E lessons and goes for the next 3 weeks. Students can bring their bike/scooter and helmet the day they have P.E if they wish or students can borrow from the Bike Ed shipping container which we will have for the next 3 weeks. Prep/1/2 = Tuesday with Caity Sim on bikes and scooters 3/4/5/6 = Wednesday with Jana Beasy on bikes only Lots happening this term
15.01.2022 2020 hasn’t been all bad. There’s been lots of things happening around the grounds of our beautiful school. School Council have given the green light for a few new projects. Thanks to Quinton Patterson and Jeff Lewis for donating their time to build a much needed boundary fence to stop balls from being kicked onto Palmer Street. ... You may have also noticed that the trees on the oval are now missing due to safety issues. With that it was decided that we would expand the oval. Thanks to Richard Ward for removing the large gums and levelling the ground. Thanks to Sonny Porter and his team for installing a sprinkler system and planting seed. The grass is looking great and the new oval is almost ready for use. So glad we are able to use a lot of our local trades people. And now..... we have a new project underway! Should be ready for the students when they return in Term 4.... STAY TUNED!
