04.01.2022 NEWS!!!NEWS!!!NEWS!!!NEWS!!!NEWS!!!NEWS!!!NEWS!!!NEWS!!! We have a lot of news today some awesome...some not so much... so Im going to waffle on for a bit. Gra...b yourself a cuppa and a comfy chair before you start reading....ready? Firstly- and most excitingly. Weve been working with a company called Bucky Box to build a new and shiny website for you all to use. Its still a few weeks away but it will mean LOADS of exciting new things can happen...heres a bit of a list: - You can suspend & restart payments, skip weeks change frequency or box size and alter preferences all at the click of a button. - You can add adhoc items to be delivered either once or with every delivery - Our payment system will be much smoother - The back end of our system will be more automated...which means less error on our part and more time for us to find you amazing food to eat! Theres more: Ive also spoken to the council and our new website PLUS a few new toys Ive been shopping for mean we can expand our range in exciting new directions.... We will be adding dairy & fresh juice to our delivery range when we launch our fancy new website. Among the standard dairy you could expect we will also be delivering BLUE BAY CHEESE. Which is handmade in Mornington and is possibly the most amazing cheese in the history of cheese. No exaggeration. In addition.... we will be exploring the possibility of adding a meat selection to our service.... but this one is in the early planning stages at this point. Now on to the not-so-good news. We currently run 4 delivery days... 2 of which are going great guns...one is putting along and could probably use a helping hand and the last one... Thursdays, needs more customers or well have to consider dropping the area entirely. Currently we are 9 weekly customers short of paying for the delivery costs of the thursday run. If we dont get those 9 customers by April we will be forced to shut down the yarra ranges run. WE DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS. Some of our most amazingly loyal customers are on this run and it would break our hearts to have to stop serving them. But thats where its at. Over the next 4 weeks well be doing our best to generate interest in this area but at this point we are asking for your help. Tell your friends, get them to give us a try & lets see if we can get this service happening in an area that often gets forgotten. In the mean time...im working on a competition for you all...cos we all love prizes! xoxo Nelle
