25.01.2022 Introducing the artists for Word and Mouth Live week two! Join U Can Dance, Greater Shepparton Secondary College VCE Students and Goulburn Valley Academy of Ballet on Monday 23 November from 7pm! U Can Dance are dedicated to producing technically trained, all round dancers in a fun, passionate and caring environment. They'll perform with 10 dancers, featuring a range of styles from students. VCE students from Greater Shepparton Secondary College's dance group will take to the... stage, performing three year 12 solos, a year 11 group piece and a full group performance to the classic tune, Halleluiah. The Goulburn Valley Academy of Ballet is also performing in week two of WAM Live. The academy helps students develop co-ordination, poise, confidence, rhythmic sense and musicality. 10 dancers from the academy will perform, highlighting their skills. 24.01.2022 Introducing the artists for Word and Mouth Live week one! Join Robert Baxter, Bodhi Hawken Music and Celeste Cari on Monday 16 November from 7pm! Robert Baxter is a singer, dancer and performer who creates electronic dance music and layered pop productions. He recently released his debut EP, Yellow, featuring original music that tells the story of coming of age in the digital era. Heart on his sleeve acoustic singer songwriter Bodhi Hawken Music will also be performing. Using... his guitar, piano and loop pedal, Bodhi creates a raw and relatable narrative through his unique tone, harmonies and musicianship. Celeste Cari is the final artist performing in week one of the Word and Mouth Live series. Celeste is a pianist from the Goulburn Valley. Her love for piano and the process for learning to play new music comes from understanding the meaning behind each piece and its individuality. 18.01.2022 Introducing the artists for the final week of Word and Mouth Live! Join Initial Stages, Maison and DJ Malone, supported by dancers from ANDS - Amy Newton Dance Studios. Initial Stages will present solo presentations, as well as monologues written by young people, reflecting the battles they face and a reflection of their diversity. There will also be a group performance from Dramarama. Maison is better known for performing with her brother as Man Down. Together they have writ...ten and released 11 songs. She found her passion for music through theatre, before developing an interest in songwriting. Maison will perform a range of original music and covers, accompanied by Christian Nardella. The final performance is from DJ Malone, a local DJ with experience playing in pubs and clubs. He will be accompanied by dancers from Amy Newton Dance Studios, who specialise in a range of dance styles, including, Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Acro and Tap.
