12.01.2022 G R A M M A R with Ana Good morning all! I’ve been asked to talk about the differences between ‘there’, ‘their’ & ‘they’re.’ With three different spellings, it’s no wonder it can get confusing! But, I’m here to help so feel free to save this post so you can come back to it later if you need! THERE Place or position. ... I’ve placed your book over there by the coffee table. THEIR Belonging or associated with someone or something. They were eager to help their customers. THEY’RE Is the contraction of ‘they are.’ They’re the reason I’m not going to the party. There you go, friends! They’re a bit confusing sometimes, but I hope this helps you! Their uses are a little different but let me know if you need more examples!

04.01.2022 GRAMMAR WITH ANA I’ve wanted to do this one for a little while now! ‘Then’ and ‘than’ can sometimes get a little tricky, so I thought I’d do a Grammar with Ana on their differences & how to use them in a sentence! Feel free to save this post for later! THEN ‘Then’ is mostly used when you’re relating something to time. ... THAN Use than when you’re making a comparison. For example: Bella picked up her bag, then turned to her sister and said, I’ll be back in an hour. George was upset because his brother’s slice of cake was bigger than his. I hope this explanation was easier than you thought! If not, then you’re going to have to let me know & I’ll give you more examples!
