A huge range of books available: fiction, poetry, architecture, history, criticism, poetry, childrens books and more. 03.01.2022 Word is that Wordies are acing their single-use plastic reduction!! Since becoming an early joiner to UQ Unwrapped this year, Wordies has taken some awesome... steps, including: Joining up to the Green Caffeen network on campus Introducing: cardboard takeaway boxes, bamboo cutlery, paper straws, and bio cups for cold drinks Reusable glasses at water station A BYO cup discount And behind the scenes, they have also been some sustainable adjustments like: Using reusable plastic containers in kitchen to reduce single use cling warp Collecting bottles to recycle through Containers for Change Big thanks Wordsmiths Cafe for creating the change our community is asking for.
