16.01.2022 These are some of the traits of strong managers in business. Some people simply are not equipped to deal with the constant stress and uncertainty of business o...wnership. Thats not a judgement or insult: Its an observation based on a lot of experience over my years being in business. Think about your skillset: what are your strengths, what are you lacking, how can you educate yourself to better prepare for leadership? #thementor #leadership #management #businesstips #keepaustraliastrong

05.01.2022 Now is NOT the time to create problems. Its about finding solutions. I know there is a lot of confusion and anxiety out there right now about mortgage repaymen...ts and rent. I get it. Tough times means we have to make tough choices. But there is no use getting strung up on these things, without actually doing anything about it. There are options out there for you to help ease the pressure of your personal situation. If youre worried about making mortgage payments, chat to your broker or bank about hardship rules to lessen repayments over the next six months. If youre worried about having to move back home with your parents, count yourself as lucky enough to do so. Lucky enough to have an opportunity to spend some time building a connection with your parents in a time of isolation. If youre worried about rent payments, just start the conversation with your landlord! There is no way your landlord wants to be finding new clients in this environment. Open up the communication about what payments you can honestly make in these times. Find a suitable arrangement. The government has mentioned potential state based moratorium on evictions so stay informed. Again. Now is the time for you to find solutions. discuss these options in my "Structuring your financials" video at Mentored, via the link: https://mentored.com.au/how-to-organise-your-personal-and-/ #mentored #keepaustraliastrong
