25.01.2022 I used to think Self care was an indulgence I didn’t have time for OR should be spending my money on. To preserve my mental and emotional state, it’s a necessity. I would spend double what it costs me as it brings me so much joy and stress release and it’s vital to reward yourself for your monthly wins. . This months treat was an hour’s massage after a 30 min Lie down on the crystal warmth mat. OMG This place is amazing. This is my content face, I am in heaven.
