21.01.2022 What do you do first thing on a Monday morning, when your family is away? Clean out the pantry of course! When was the last time you went through your pantry? Looked at expiry dates and ingredients listings. As we learn more about ingredients and how they nourish our body or deplete us, it’s worth revisiting what we’ve got stored in our pantry. ... There’s a fabulous app called ChemicalMaze, enter the ingredients and it gives you information on the level of safety for our body. Give it a try. I help clean out pantry’s and fridge’s, I meet you where you’re at, we’ll talk about simple shifts you can make. You don’t have to throw everything out, but by clearing out some of the items in your pantry you’re left with a feeling of control, confidence and certainty. 10.01.2022 A year ago today I was presenting at Ocean Network on stress management, I loved being with this amazing group and look forward to the time when I can be with them again. Managing stress remains the highest priority for our wellness. Living with unmanaged stress compromises our immune system and leads to illness and disease. Please find a way that works for you to manage your stress. 09.01.2022 #funfriday Sometimes you’ve just gotta be a kid again. Slides are so much fun. Although, they don’t make slides like they used to, it’s not so slippery.

07.01.2022 Morning or afternoon? I’ve committed to improving my cardio fitness and physical strength this year. To assist with that Santa gave me some funky fun tights, ‘cause exercise is so much better when you have funky tights. Quite different to the plain white ones I wore to the first gym I joined about 30 years so. ... Do you remember the fashion? white leggings with a coloured leotard, there may or may not have been leg warmers floating around somewhere. Walking this evening, listening to a high energy podcast, got me moving more quickly. Then resistance training at home, before a delicious salad. Do you prefer movement in the morning or evening? Some bodies prefer morning and some prefer afternoons. #fascinating I learnt recently my body prefers afternoons, and after 30 plus years of morning workouts, it’s going to be an interesting change. Sometimes you’ve just gotta let the inner child come out to have fun.
