Army Veteran (Male) ... Karyn and Working Spirit put me in a position with bright insights for my future, transitioning out of the military was proven harder then what people have said about it. Working Spirit has found me a career that I am still able to utilise my precise skills and excellent attention to detail to to keep myself and my mates safe on the job. Much like the military has taught me to do only this time I am in a profession I will most likely stay for life in. I cannot thank Karyn Hinder at Working Spirit enough for the tremendous support through my transition out of the ADF, for the support and non stop contact regarding my travels, work and lifestyle on my way from Townsville to Perth and for the dedication she has proven and provided to get me to where I am today placing her own life and time on hold to make sure mine was heading in the right direction. Thank you Karyn, and Working Spirit Army Veteran (Female and WOVEN) I actually found Working Spirit through a google search, before hand and didn't even know there was such a service in the Perth area. The initial and ongoing communication was very professional and helpful. Working Spirit provided me with opportunities I would otherwise would have never got. They also helped potential employers understand my practical military experience and how it could be of benefit to their organisation. This is huge as my RPL from the military severely undercut me of credentials otherwise earned in the civilian world. Because of this I gained employment rather quickly with a great company and a fantastic job role that suits my qualifications. I would recommend (and have done) Working Spirit to any veteran seeking meaningful employment they are a great team with the benefit of veterans at the forefront.
