21.01.2022 Here at Workouts @ Wigley we have the tenacity of a pack of wolves. We understand that exercise helps us to be healthy and strong. We also understand that while a gym might not be the most ideal place right now, we train out in the open air, right next to the beach, using mainly our own bodyweight to train with the upmost respect for each other and our health. With everything going on right now, we still band together and let nothing get in our way. So come train with us ...outside in the fresh open air and to make things even better for you, because I have everything I need right now, my offer to you is this. For the remainder of this month and until the end of April weekly passes will be dropped from $29.99 a week to $20 a week for as many sessions as you like. Choose from cardio cross training, bodyweight workouts or even modified boxing. We practice safe training from a distance, you are outside, you are not confined to a gym or home. 17.01.2022 Workouts @ Wigley bootcamps will be closed on Monday the 9th March for the public holiday. We are still taking appointments that day for one on one private PTs by appointment only. Tuesday will be a fun for all boxing circuit down at Colley Reserve for a change of scenery and more room to move
17.01.2022 Due to circumstances the amount of classes per week will be reduced to 2 rather than the normal 5. The sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9.30am either at Wigley reserve or Colley Reserve. The sessions will be extremely intimate with regards to numbers and will be capped at 4 people per session. This is due to the nature of the sessions and with respect to the public that are using the area more frequently. This isn't an easy decision and it's playing well on... my ethical boundaries. but I hope it's taken well by all participants. I am eternally grateful for all the kind words, understanding and those that have been there for me while I have mini breakdowns also. We are all in this together and it's not often we get asked to fight from a distance, but it will be a lesson worth learning I'm sure I love you all and you all mean so much to me, I'm trying my hardest to give forward as much as I can, within my means and reason. Creating focu...s can be extremely beneficial for those on the spectrum and helps both children and adults to bring their attention back to themselves, whilst learning about how their body works and focus on present moment awareness. Feel free to message with any questions regarding group sessions or one on one training. Depending on NDIS funding you may be able to claim the cost of the sessions and help to reach goals through working out and having fun. See more

15.01.2022 Hi guys First off, thank you from the bottom of my heart for those who have been understanding and loyal during this trying time in all of our lives. I am extremely grateful for you all As you are aware, gyms have closed down for the time being. However, being that we are outside we are allowed to continue training, unless it's stated otherwise. ... precautionary measures are to be put in place and strictly adhered to during the next few months. Including, a 1.5m (if not more) distance between yourself and all others, your own full length towel or mat brought to EVERY session, personal belongings kept at a distance from others and off course. If you are sick, please stay home We will do everything to accommodate and work with all participants, new or existing, to continue to keep everyone healthy and active whilst maintaining respect for the current global situation. Thankyou for being patient in this time and understanding of new rules and ever changing conditions and requirements. Please note that all 10 pass cards will be extended, pending situations and personal reasons. I hope to try help where I can. You can still buy a weekly pass for $20 until the end of April, pending situations. And a 10 class pass for $ 70. Booking is essential as limited spaces are available and may be restricted further, as time goes on. Your health is just as much a priority as the trainers, so please be smart about your choices and respectful. 10.01.2022 Hello all Please know that sessions will be continuing amidst what is happening, but with respect to it all happening. We are taking all precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. equipment is being cleaned with antibacterial wipes if used. However, in the meantime, we will just stick to bodyweight exercises and improvised boxing sessions. ... Please if you have any hand wipes, bring them to sessions to clean your hands before and after sessions. I am trying to access more but they are proving hard to come by. If you wish to bring your own mat or towel to workout on, please do so, this includes yoga on Friday. A safe distance of 1.5m between people when working out or communicating has been advised, as well as safe practises when sneezing or coughing. If you do need to sneeze or cough, to please do so into the crease of your elbow or tissue then dispose of the tissue. Covid-19 is transmitted by droplets, hence safe respiratory practices are put in to place. I strongly believe that staying active and healthy will be of extreme benefit to all, we just have to work smarter not harder. If you do feel sick or have any symptoms that may indicate an infection of COVID-19, it is advised to stay home and not spread the infection to others. 02.01.2022 Workouts @ Wigley will be REOPENING MONDAY week, so from the 18th May 2020. Some changes will be happening due to circumstances not totally in my control. Camps will be held mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9.30am as usual. At this stage with a maximum of 10 people whilst still adhering to the 1.5m distance rule.
