24.01.2022 A great technique, pictured here by @journey_to_wellness_ , that we have applied to chronic pain management. This exercise helps you to ground yourself back into your body and into the present moment. You should feel safe and comfortable when doing this exercise. If you experience dissociation due to trauma, this is something that would be REALLY useful and important to work on with a therapist. ... - The help is out there. It gets better. Known for her limericks, I asked Alex to write one related to her MOTD and this is what she come up with: I was asked to do Move of the Day... So a pull shot I thought I should play I am slightly rusty My skills are now dusty But somehow I still found a way . Alex played cricket from the age of 10 to 21. She was an opening batter and loved playing off the back foot. Try the pull shot - see if you can replicate the back step, rotation, and straight arm follow through demonstrated See more
