Perrie - FBP30417 Cert III in Bread Baking Bakers Delight Camberwell, Vic Perrie has been very enthusiastic from the start. He has always completed his bookwork ahead of time and is always eager to do more. This is so great from a trainer’s point of view.... One example of Perrie’s enthusiasm is when I asked him to collect as many portfolio photos as he could between one training session and the next, and he submitted all portfolio photos (40+) for the basic bread and savoury bread units. 08.01.2022 Today Madison from BIG W Eastland completed her SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail. It took Madison a while to come out of her shell but it wasn't long before she was more confident and autonomous in her working role as she started doing shifts without guidance.
