24.01.2022 Laundry update, splashback tiled and grouted! Almost done the full makeover!

22.01.2022 Client needed to change side door & external architraves due to rot. They also wanted to add a custom made awning to suit the style of house and to reduce the risk of further future damage.

21.01.2022 Custom cut and fitted wardrobe shelving!

21.01.2022 Before and after of vertical garden install. Firstly had to batten out in front of steel posts nice and level then attached the 1m x 1m pieces to form a great effect outside the kitchen window.

20.01.2022 Client wanted to install a slimline dishwasher into their unit kitchen. Limited for space we@had to cutdown existing cupboard fit in new 450 dishwasher & came up with an idea for new bin area with slide out bottom as the old one was too wide.

20.01.2022 Custom made and fitted into clients laundry. Melamine is great and versatile when keeping to a budget. Easy to keep clean as well.

18.01.2022 New stud wall up ready for new outdoor kitchen!! Outside was dressed with James Hardie matrix boards. Client will be finishing off with the painting!!

18.01.2022 Had to replace the rotted bottom rail on the existing balustrade!! A bit of work but good result.

17.01.2022 Client needed a new side gate due to weathering and wanted it kept fairly similar, with only a couple of changes to the original. All done on site with new hardware.

17.01.2022 Was asked to revamp the coffee barriers @cucinaespresso. One prototype done with a of approval. Another 5 to go!!

16.01.2022 Client needed to rebuild floor joists in the hallway and living room due to termite damage. We used LVL to replace some of the rotted joists. We also added a couple more and put in a centre beam set in concrete for much better support. We then layed 20mm fibro cement sheeting for a sturdy new sub floor ready for tiling. We also had to bear in mind that we needed to come up level with the finished floor in the kitchen.

15.01.2022 Another home office makeover done! Client wanted a new fresh look and with the help of IKEA bits and pieces and clients vision I helped achieved their goal with some hanging storage, new drawers and custom scribed desktops to fit perfectly between the walls to create a 3.6m study area!

15.01.2022 Custom made cupboards in my garage almost ready for installation in clients laundry. All 3 were made to measure to fit in certain spots. Stay tuned for finished install.

15.01.2022 3 hours shopping at Bunnings for big laundry makeover next week which includes custom made cupboards, v groove wall panelling, painting, new cavity door, splashback tiling and more!! Can’t wait for transformation.

13.01.2022 Client wanted a custom built and fitted tv cabinet made for their alcove tv area. Painted in gloss white with soft close inset hinges. All built in their garage.

09.01.2022 Client wanted to have shelves installed into their existing wardrobes. All they had were hanging space. We still saved some hanging space by cutting down rod. Now they have plenty of shelving!!

08.01.2022 Awning repair due to rotted timber and strong winds @kidz_artworx. Now all repaired and safe for kids!! Thankyou to my nephew @adrian.iannacito for his help!!

04.01.2022 Had to reframe the front of the house ready for cement rendering. I also pushed the wall out to sit proud of windows so it matches a similar depth of the existing brick. Also patched up the inside wall where the old air con was located.

01.01.2022 About a month ago I custom built this shelving unit in a hallway entry. The client has just sent finished pics after they painted it and filled it with books etc
