Nutrient per serving. Calories: 130. Total Fats: 4g, Saturated Fat: 0.5g, Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol: 10mg, Sodium: 110 mg, Total Carbohydrates: 13g, Dietary Fibre: 3g, Sugars: 7g, Protein: 12g, Iron: 1mg. Ingredients: 4 egg whites. 1/2 - 1 scoop whey protein powder One cup of blueberries. 2 packets Stevia 1 tbsp cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp natural peanut or almond butter Method: 1. Combine the protein and egg whites into a mixing bowl and mix together until smooth. 2. To pour the mixture into a nonstick pan. Cook for about two minutes. 3. Fill the crpes surface with nut butter and blueberries. 4. Fold crpes over so the berries and the nut butter are in the centre as filling. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
