10.01.2022 On this day 6 years ago, With the help of Richard and the team at Flight City Simulation Centre World Flight Perth took off. A small group of men and women, gathered together to share their vast knowledge of all things Aviation and Simulators as we trained hard to ensure a smooth trip around the world that November. The team has come a long way since then with the fully functional 747 and 737 simulators replacing the 777 from the first year. We have raised a lot of money over the years, that has been used to buy vital equipment for the Royal Flying Doctors Service. For that we thank every one of our supporters and followers, and we look forward to continuing to support the RFDS in future years.

08.01.2022 We are pleased to release the Worldflight 2020 route. We appreciate that at first glance it looks as though we are avoiding a few continents, but there IS method to our madness. For the first time, Worldflight will be visiting the very best airports FS2020 default scenery has to offer. Like you, we look forward to seeing the amazing scenery features of the default airports replicated right around the globe in time for Worldflights 21st birthday in 2021. This route has also b...een selected to spend time in areas often forgotten about in the last 5 years of Worldflight. This year we experience the vastness of Russia, a plethora of Asian airports and the wide expanses of Canada. Dont worry South America and Africa, we will be back next year to say "Hi!". The Worldflight website will be updated in the coming weeks with all the usual downloads available. Whether you participate via xPlane, FS9, FSX, P3D, FS2020, VRC, Euroscope, or vatSys, join us for Worldflight 2020, departing Sydney on October 31st at 21:00UTC. See more

07.01.2022 Update on Worldflight 2020. In WA we are fortunate enough that most of our COVID-19 restrictions are no longer, this will enable our sims to participate in 2020. Unfortunately for some places the news is that great, and some Sims have pulled out. We look forward to seeing them again in 2021.
