24.01.2022 #Repost @markgrechygrech 20 years lifting weights and not once have I ever been taught the correct way to squat. A big thanks to @berserker_____ for taking the time to show me some powerlifting pointers, and giving me some tips on what to work on and where to improve on my technique. With shit mobility in pretty much every joint in my body, 5 reps of 180 was heavy enough for todays session. Not the heaviest weight Ive ever lifted, but the heaviest when doing squats the way I should be. 10kg increase each week is the goal moving forward, whilst incorporating exercises to improve mobility in my hips and shoulders. Never too old to keep learning.

21.01.2022 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! . We have been working around the clock to do whatever we can to remain open 24 hours for our members with new restrictions starting August 1st. We are happy to announce that we have employed 2 new staff members who will come on as Hygiene Marshalls during our normally unstaffed hours to ensure that we can keep our facility open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! During their shift, they will be cleaning all of our equipment, and ensuring that all members follow correct hygiene protocols. They will also be stopping anyone who think they can sneak in their mates for a free session ! Ash and Adam will be working extended shifts within our club to ensure that we can expand our operational hours to suit the requirements of our members.
