Both going down in very very close decisions but both boxed well! This bloke has consistently trained ( a mixture of weights / cardio / Boxing & functional training ) Consistently day in & day out for the past 8 months as well as changed his eating habits & the results have more than shown! Brent has done nothing new or followed any new weight loss fad ! This is just the pure result of his consistent hard work & lifestyle change day in & o...ut!
