25.01.2022 STAYING CONNECTED Our wonderful Kinder Teacher & Educational Leader Lisa has been busy keeping our friends at home connected, learning and in touch with us each week! We’ve engaged through zoom chats, as well as learning games and experiences together with our friends attending. Thank goodness for the digital world keeping us all connected! Home learning packs have helped to keep our friends busy at home too!

20.01.2022 This week we celebrate NAIDOC week! We look forward to looking deeper in to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and expanding our knowledge. Celebrating & embracing the culture of our beautiful country is an embedded everyday practice here at Worthington Place!

20.01.2022 This week with all that is going on in the world, our Kinder Children have been focusing on emotions. What do emotions look like? What do emotions feel like? How can we describe our emotions and how we are feeling? We have enjoyed participating in learning experiences with our emotion mirrors, and using lots of different resources we've created our own emotion puppets! We even had some amazing big helpers to set up our craft tables.

You will notice two donation boxes in our foyer, one for gifts and the other for food donations. Attached are the guidelines for donating and what can/cannot be donated. 09.01.2022 Attention all families! This year book week has changed and will be celebrated from the 17th - 23rd October! As we enjoy literacy everyday here at Worthington Place ELC we have decided to still go ahead with our dress up day on Thursday! 04.01.2022 What a beautiful day to engage in some water play! Our Nursery friends enjoyed exploring the water containers with different holes, spouts and funnels! Our Toddler friends bathed their babies as did our Kinders, which ended up turning into a foot spa to cool down our feet!
