10.01.2022 We are looking for a production technician for a food manufacturing plant in Arndell Park afternoon shift. Your duties include: - Start of shift machine set across multiple lines in conjunction with operations team... - Troubleshooting production and machine issues to maximise effectiveness - Fix minor faults to maximise uptime - Train and coach operations team on how to use and care for machinery and equipment, including training of operators to run equipment - Complete routine maintenance/cleaning on machines and tooling - You will be required to undertake minor preventative maintenance activities What skills you must have: - Experienced machine operator with a strong background in a fast paced manufacturing environment with high speed automation (food industry experience ideal - Strong safety focus with the ability to use strong mechanical aptitude to offer solutions to address risks and hazards - Previous experience servicing plant and equipment on a production line - Able to assist the maintenance team with preventative maintenance of plant and equipment when required - HIGH REACH FORKLIFT LICENCE - Must have excellent communication skills and love working as part of a team. - You must have excellent verbal and written skills and also be reliable and punctual.
