24.01.2022 So much fun being interviewed for an hour for the annual University of Melbourne Medical Students conference. The topic was Introverted Leadership and the very last question had me thinking!

23.01.2022 So proud to be an Aussie in the last week as we welcomed YPO facilitators from all 5 continents to learn from each other in our amazing country. After a short stay in Melbourne we headed out. So many highlights including a walk into the bush with a very moving smoking ceremony with Elder Uncle Rick Nelson, learning the kangaroo dance and a didgeridoo meditation with the gifted duo - Sarah James and Ron Murray (Kinja). And I can’t begin to tell you how honouring it felt to be placed in the ancient kangaroo skin cloak by Uncle Ron.

Leaders with integrity have clear, strong values and the courage of these convictions. The biggest challenge is for leaders to genuinely and consistently execute their roles with integrity. Words are cheap, but it is impossible to fake authenticity in the long term. The edifices that leaders build will eventually collapse in the absence of integrity.
