Saturday Morning Classes... 7:30am - Pilates 8:30am - Pilates 9:00am - Zumba is replaced by 8:30am Pilates Worx is committed to providing a safe and clean space for keeping fit.

We’re pleased to introduce these specialty classes: - Aerial Yoga (Open yourself through inversion) - Balance Booster (Challenge your mind, and your body) - Dance Fitness (Enjoy moving your body) We are also opening classes at 1pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday to help you add extra sessions.
