24.01.2022 We have just heard from a customer that we sold an adaptor plate and gear to fit a Td42 rotary pump to his 12ht. Its running a ADS injection fuel pump and a custom G turbo. The engine has lots off mods and should go awesome when its finished. They have also done a nice job off making custom injector lines to suit the pump conversation.

19.01.2022 The start of the year has been super busy for us, with moving into a bigger shed, and still trying to stay on top of our heavy work load we have not had time to post up much. So heres some spam from the start of the year First is an exhaust manifold / header tank / heat exchanger we remade for a yacht. The customer dropped off his old rusted out galvanised manifold and left us to it. With out seeing the boat or the space we went to work to try and replicate what we were giv...en. And it turned out millimeter perfect! 316 marine grade stainless through out, hand made and tig welded up!

11.01.2022 Been a crazy week for boats with another wet exhaust finished on this brand new 5kva generator. We fabricated a mounting plate, fitted it to the engine room, plumped all fuel and water lines than finished it off with a stainless steel 316 exhaust to suit the application.

09.01.2022 Some neat numbers being made by this big cruiser. Intake temps staying at 32 deg with back to back dyno runs. 09.01.2022 Here we have a nice little 1jz with forged CP piston, H-beam rods, ARP Main and head studs, cam upgrade, bigger valve springs and shim less buckets. We Cant wait to see how this performs once fitted and tuned.

07.01.2022 While test running two CAT 3208 after we carried out a heap off maintenance work, we found excessive pressure on the raw water system to the wet exhaust. Upon inspection, The 20 year old elbows had a lot of growth in the water jackets and were 90% block. Once removed we found that the elbows were beyond repair, the quickest & cheapest option was to make new stainless ones. These are the exhaust manifold elbows the we fabricated to replace the genuine cast iron elbows. For any custom or one off marine exhaust enquirers give us a call on 0421657760

04.01.2022 Glyn traveled down to Palmyra Friday to have his first attempt at making a pass down a 1/4 mile in his daily driven Barra powered FG sedan. We have been working on this car for the past few months, fitted with a built bottom end sporting a list of atomic parts. Hand ported head, valve job and kelford cams. After a few easy half track runs to get a feel for what the car would do and to test the water Glyn managed to roll to a 10.4 @ 100mph on the breaks at the 1000 foot, and... pedalling the 330. Showing promise to go into mid 9s with a 120mph 1/8. Unfortunately on the final pass where he planned to drive it out the back the stock axles let go on the 1-2 shift. We look forward to making a few changes and heading back in the future to try a full pass. Tuned by X-Treme Motorsport Townsville

01.01.2022 Here we have our first td45 stroker. This engine has all the good bits from a performance cam to a billet stroker crank and rods. With other parts like arp head studs, acl race bearings, ceramic coated pistons and oversized liners it will be a tuff, reliable work Ute. With a P4x4 turbo, radius fab manifold and dump, 12mm pump and HPD top mount cooler it should definitely get a big GU moving.

01.01.2022 Here it is guys, Australias fastest 6 cylinder land cruiser/ patrol. Running a 12.7 @ 102mph. This has that factory 2h still in it that we built to handle the punishment it cops everyday. With a custom copper head gasket, oversize head studs, o-ring block, coated Pistons and a few other bolt on mods this is one tuff diesel. It drove just under 800kms round trip to race all Saturday. It just proves that reliability can be achieved with the right parts. Its currently produces 287rwkw on 45psi but with a few other changes and some more boost this car will see over 300rwkw and should achieve a low 12 second pass with ease.
