09.01.2022 We are living in interesting times. Right now, there is a lot of uncertainty and many of us have had to adapt to the changes. 09.01.2022 Former US President, Theodore Roosevelt made this striking statement that still rings true today If you're asking constantly yourself why you don't measure up against everyone else, then you may be developing a really unhealthy and destructive habit. And it's not hard to believe this when there are hundreds of perfectly curated lives on social media. The thing is everyone is going through their own struggles and not everyone wants to share that (in real life and/or social med...ia). It's important to acknowledge it when you catch yourself comparing in a destructive manner BUT don't beat yourself up if you do. It's normal. This is our reality. People will always share the best parts of their lives. And if you can, try and practice gratitude. Because there are a lot of things we can be thankful for.
