It is believed there are no live whales remaining in the Harbour. 19.01.2022 Tasmania's should be thinking about a visit to Strahan this summer. All the rescue cures, volunteers, professionals and locals deserve a little TLC after such heroic efforts in such harrowing circumstances. Well done Strahan

08.01.2022 Australian industry and commerce is moving in the right direction. We can become leaders in the new economy as long as our government can break the shackles tethering them to the carbon global monsters.

08.01.2022 I will be catching up with these guys in a months time.

06.01.2022 Whilst I have not yet made it to Maria Island from what I know about this unique little island there is no one better than Paul Cooper to guide you on what will be an experience second to none. Paul, a true master guide and Tasmanian through and through.

02.01.2022 Make Yourself at Home Corinna It’s the perfect time to stay at home. Home being Tasmania where you can relax in safe, familiar surroundings. Get out there a...nd explore Tasmania. At Corinna, you can go on the Huon Pine Walk, one of our 60 Great Short Walk. At the southern edge of the takayna / Tarkine, this short walk follows the banks of the mysteriously dark Pieman River through thick and tangled forest. The short walk starts near the small settlement of Corinna, and winds through rainforest to a viewing platform. An old Huon pine specimen hangs over the Pieman River. The vegetation that climbs up from the riverbank shows off almost every shade of green, and is reflected beautifully in the dark waters of the Pieman. www.parks.tas.gov.au/th/60-great-short-walks/huon-pine-walk :Tourism Tasmania Discover Tasmania Visit Northern Tasmania Visit Cradle Coast East Coast Tasmania Hobart & Beyond
