23.01.2022 Well Raised will only be taking orders until the end of January 2016 as I have been gifted a one-way ticket to London and will be leaving in early February. Unfortunately this means I must pack up my baking tins and rolling pins to take on new opportunities on the other side of the world. I intend on returning at some point and picking up the business again so keep a lookout for my return.... In the meantime, get your orders in for January!

04.01.2022 This beauty was a labour of love for my gorgeous little brother and his beautiful new wife for their wedding yesterday. An incredible day celebrating their marriage and so honoured to play a special part...and yes these flowers are edible, made from wafer paper. Bottom tier was Mississippi mud cake and dark choc ganache and the top two tiers were White choc cheesecake mud cake with white choc ganache. My brothers favourite cake is banana cake so that was served straight from the kitchen.
