04.01.2022 What do you make of the govt. $25k building stimulus package? Do you think it would tip the scales in favour of completing that Reno or new home you might have been thinking about for a while? To me it seems like a decent chunk of a $150k Reno, but might not be enough to sway those not already considering a build. It also takes a long time to think, plan and commit to a building contract so having a decent window of opportunity is also a big factor.
