03.01.2022 Saw this gem on Sacred Dreams Facebook page and it resonated with me. I often fall down the information rabbit hole thinking the more I can read about something the better I'll be at doing it. The reality is you have to do to get better. So when you are thinking you need to know more about your situation, pause and start to think what can I do instead. You don't have to solve your problem in one go but taking steps towards that change is key to bring it into reality. 01.01.2022 Journey Inwards. The more I have understood myself, my behaviors, my light, my shadows the less I have needed outside validation. There is nothing more powerful than knowing and feeling I am enough. I thank the wonderful practitioners who helped me along this journey inside. It's been hard at times but extremely rewarding. Through my own journey I learnt that what I wanted in life was to support those who wanted to start their own journey towards healing and growth.
