25.01.2022 Lest We Forget.

24.01.2022 Before kids!!! Here are some old photos (taken by the property owner) of the race section ( a set of cattle yards) being built. The timber we used we had harvested it on their property. This is very traditional and economical way of building a solid structure for yards. Portable panels are used to adapt pens around the race. We did build the rest of the loading bank, but am unable to find these.

23.01.2022 An Englishman, a Scotsman and an Irishman were without tickets for the opening ceremonies of the Olympics but hoped to be able to talk their way in at the gate.... Security was very tight, however, and each of their attempts was met with a stern refusal. While wandering around outside the stadium, the Englishman came upon construction site, which gave him an idea. Grabbing a length of scaffolding, he presented himself at the gate and said, "Johnson, the pole vault," and was admitted. The Scotsman, overhearing this, went at once to search the site. When he came up with a sledge hammer, he presented himself at the gate and said, "McTavish, the hammer." He was also admitted. The Irishman combed the site for an hour and was nearly ready to give up when he spotted his ticket in. Seizing a roll of barbed wire, he presented himself at the gate and announced, "O'Sullivan, fencing."

19.01.2022 These are very valuable and in the number of years we have been fencing we have only lost 4 pairs, and one of those came back to us. Fencing without these are like trying to cut grass without a lawnmower.

19.01.2022 We had the privilege of fencing this lovely small acerage just out of Warwick. The owner had some brillant imagination in planning this job for us. The album that we have created takes you on the tour from the entrance of the property, along the driveway and finishes up around the house. The ramp was fabricated by James and it has load limit of 10 tones (trialled and tested). We also installed the ramp and made up a drainage system to reduce any soil build up. The timber post...s, supplied by Killarney Cooperative, turned out to be quite an impressive look to carry you up the driveway. With a funnel up at the top, including a turn around area, allows parking for visitors before entering the house yard. The house yard is designed to have easy access, for the owner, into the house yard with a 6m automatic gate opening system. We can only take credit for fabricating the gate but not rigging up the automatic wiring system. Both the gate and ramp we got galvanised to ensure durability. The 1.5m high fencing ( chain wire) around the house, not only looks impressive, but is designed to ensure no stock can get into the house yard and also stop a dog getting out of it. 16.01.2022 Wow what a year it has been for Wright Fencing! With many projects completed, we are looking forward to the new ones in 2016. Thank you to all who have been supporting our little family business in 2015. We hope that you all have had a wonderful christmas and have a fantastic New Year! Stay safe and no jumping fences, cause you don't always know what it's trying to keep in ;)
