20.01.2022 A very nice commercial door unit installed today has the options to add multiply saftey devices lock out key pad very smooth especially once the door was serviced do you have a commercial property if so when we're your doors last serviced they should be done every 12 months if they have an auto opener to get the longest life out of them and every 15 for manual doors

15.01.2022 Some people should just not install doors brackets to high when the doors down you can fully see the springs brackets on the wrong way 6 tek screws without washers tracks not cut around bottom plate lowered brackets 140mm without affecting opening hight swapped brackets around used 4 screws with washers checked tracks around bottom brackets doors now work as they should
15.01.2022 So people need a licence to operate an electric pallet jack this originally only had 3 50mm concrete screws must have got hit pretty hard hopefully these hold up 200mm deep with Chemset and an 8mm thick base plate

12.01.2022 What a difference the correct motor does origanly this 6m gate was taking 48 seconds open and close and was mounted on washers as the concrete is out of level installed this new FAAC opener after we leveled the pad out running at 3 quaters of its speed its opening and closing at 19 seconds customer is very happy remember you get what you pay for

04.01.2022 This is a job we normally dont do we looked at this before Christmas and couldn't find the issue at first we thought the spring clamp was loose the customer couldn't really afford a new door and it was still in pretty good condition it turns out that due to lack of maintenance and never being service it had broken all pop riverts holding the drumwheel to the curtain so only had tension on one side we had to pull it down unroll it repair it roll it back up and re hang it turned out 100% rolls dead straight not bad considering what the door had been through

03.01.2022 Another happy customer when we first looked at these gate the customer said they were around 10 years old had a few control board replacments and only worked for about 4 years we told him we would retro fit a new control board with bbu service the motors pull all drive gears out and clean and re grease them clean and grease hinges and one of the most important things it was missing was center stops also had to put all new mounting plate for control box the original not so waterproof p/p was full of dirt and not even sealed when this customer got home from holidays he was over the moon

01.01.2022 Wow what a week it was last week having to fix other people's work once again seriously Wtf is this junk a local shed company from traralgon sold this guy 2 motors and a door tried there best to install them left the job and were paid both doors had no tension the new doors track were holding on by 2 tek screws and the awesome art work brackets it took me over 12 hours to fix both doors
