09.01.2022 For our Melbourne-based friends, or anyone interested in relocating:

08.01.2022 This post is to announce that the Historical Materialism Melbourne call for papers deadline has been extended by a fortnight. You now have until the 14th of Se...ptember to submit your abstracts. There's been considerable interest in the conference. So we've already received many quality abstracts. For this reason, we can't guarantee that the deadline will be extended again beyond this. So if you'd like to give a paper or propose a panel, please submit your abstract as soon as possible. The CfP is available here: https://hmmelbourne.net/call-for-papers/ Finally, we'd like to draw your attention to the fact that the dates for the conference have changed slightly - the conference will now take place on the 7th and the 8th of December (a Saturday and Sunday). We don't anticipate any further scheduling changes. As always, if you have questions, you are welcome to contact myself or one of the other members of the Organising Committee, Emma Black, Rory Defalcation and Mathew Abbott. You are also welcome to email us at: [email protected]
