15.01.2022 A small water leak in a bay window in a villa in Werrington had caused a large amount of wet rot in the supporting timbers. It was quickly decided to completely remove the window and replace all of the affected timbers. We then reconstructed the window making it completely water tight with the addition of new flashings and sarking to the entire window and clad area. The result is a great new looking bay window that the owner is extremely happy with. Great work Greame.....

14.01.2022 Earlier this year we were asked by a strata executive committee to replace an old damaged roof of a bin area. This property is located in Westmead. Project was completed on time and within budget.

14.01.2022 In July of this year we undertook a number of paving repair work projects for a large townhouse complex in Western Sydney. This specific project was to repair a strip drain on a resident driveway.
