21.01.2022 Introducing ARNICA. Arnica is one of 6 homoeopathic remedies in the pouch and one of the most frequently used remedies. It is best known as the shock and bruise trauma remedy. It’s a true Swiss Army knife type of remedy, one I would not be without and it’s the first remedy to use in any incident involving bruising, crush, shock and trauma. It’s for the finger in the car door, the fall off a swing, tree or bike . It’s for the sprained ankle, the broken arm, nose bleeds and... loss of blood Arnica softens the blows. I will share some of my family’s first aid traumas in this space and their healing outcomes... last week a metal baking tray fell vertically from a high shelf straight onto the big toe and nail of my partner. After much swearing , I whisk out the Arnica and an ice pack and give 3 doses that day. Firstly the pain dissipated quickly and the swelling was minimal. Surely there is to be massive bruising to come and maybe a Loss of toenail... after a few days a small bruise appears at the bed of the nail. My engineering partner was super impressed with how quick and how little it had bruised. He has had many past traumas to toes from soccer, passionate run ins to chair and table legs etc.. and he was stoked with how well the Arnica had worked in this case. 02.01.2022 My First Aid Natural Medicine Pouch. I have road tested this pouch all year and have been using the remedies with my family and clients for years. My little pouch is well worn.
