13.01.2022 Guy Templeton, WSP President & CEO for Australia & New Zealand: I’m very concerned about mental health in our industry, particularly during COVID-19. There has never been a more important time to look out for our each other. Stay in touch. Take the time to assess your co-workers’ moods. Is somebody you know feeling down? Does it look as if they’re struggling? Is something off? It’s tremendously powerful to engage with somebody and say ‘Are you OK?’ What comes next is the imp...ortant part. Go and have a virtual or in-person cup of coffee with someone. Help them articulate what they’re feeling and guide them towards help if they need it. Reaching out to your colleagues, clients and peers and being compassionate can make a world of difference. It’s also part of what makes WSP special. #WeAreWSP #RUOK #WSPwithHEART
