20.01.2022 We wish to inform our clients of our infection control procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff will not come to work if they have any symptoms a...ssociated with COVID-19. We will continue to wipe down and clean surfaces with disinfectant between every treatment session. We will continue to provide hand sanitiser for public and staff use at reception, waiting area and in each consult room and bathroom. We will display posters with correct hand washing procedure in each bathroom. We will continuing to sterilise any therapeutic tools used in treatment sessions after use. We are also asking for those who visit our clinic to play their part in preventing further spread by: Not attending for therapy appointments if your child or you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 (runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever and difficulty breathing). Using the hand sanitiser provided at reception on arrival to and departure from our clinic. Washing hands using antibacterial soap in our bathrooms before and after eating and toileting. Thank you for following our procedures. In the event you are not able to attend your treatment session a Teletherapy appointment can be arranged. https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/coronavirus
