25.01.2022 Theres no rapid results or quick fixes when it comes to a health and weight loss journey. Once youve made the decision to try its about the small, committed changes that will ultimately lead to your success in reaching those goals. Start with the sugar in your coffee or the soft drink you enjoy. Then broaden your horizons and look at the way you cook or how your move. ... It will feel difficult at first but remember there is no Beginning, no Middle and no End. It will just begin to be your new normal. Take charge and feel empowered to do what needs to be done in order to live a healthy life.

DIET = Deprivation, which is not sustainable and leads to unhealthy thinking and often unhealthy actions.... PLEASE dont label what you are doing as a DIET. What you are doing is LIVING and thats something to be proud of.

24.01.2022 Sitting for long periods of time is now considered the new smoking and can be just as harmful. It only takes a 30 minute brisk walk a few times each week to improve our overall health. Aiming for the magic 10,000 steps is fine but dont be discouraged if that target seems way out of reach. Start off small if you need to. Any amount of physical activity is better than no activity.... You and you alone are responsible for the journey you choose to take.

The healthy choices we make regularly is the foundation to a healthier life and we help in reaching our health goals. Eat healthy most of the time so you can still enjoy a treat some of the time.
