25.01.2022 Transformation Tuesday is WW Member Robyn @woolly1_ww who has lost an amazing 64.9kg! Joined: Jan 2017 Joined to: be fit and healthy to travel the world in my retirement.... Used to: be exhausted all the time. Meals were simple but huge and I craved sweet and fatty foods in between for energy. There were so many things I couldn't or didn't do because of my size, like swim with my son at the beach. Now I: plan and eat healthy meals from all the food groups and have enough to satisfy my appetite without going overboard. Nothing is off limits, but I have those foods in moderation now. I have so much energy that I can go all day without needing to sit down. I feel like I have my life back. I'm proud: that I actually weigh less now than I've ever weighed since I was 12 years old. This time (yes, I'm a repeat offender) I have a positive mindset and realise that this is the lifestyle for me. I feel healthy and fit and I'm happy in my (very loose) skin. Food plan: Green all the way from me. It keeps me accountable and encourages me to eat loads of veggies. My best advice: Don't let the amount you have to lose prevent you from staying the distance. Set small goals and reward yourself each time you achieve them. Take small steps and forget about climbing the mountain. You'll get there in time. There’s no hurry because this has to be for life. Weight loss: In 2017 I was a digital only member and lost 34 kgs. At the beginning of 2018 I joined my local Workshop to help with inspiration and keep me on track. "You don’t have to add ANYTHING to eggs for scrambled eggs. No milk, no cream, no butter, no water, no cream cheese... Maybe just a little salt and pepper if you feel you need to. 20.01.2022 This week's Transformation Tuesday is WW Member Georgia @georgia.corbett Date joined: April 2019 I used to: have sleep apnoea and overeat. I didn't do any exercise. It was a struggle walking long distances and getting through a long shift at work.... Now I: breath easier and I don't have sleep apnoea! I can exercise for longer durations without being tired. I am able to eat well and I track my SmartPoints everyday. I attend weekly workshops and I try a new WW recipe each week. I do WW with my Dad and Step Mum so it's great that we support each other. I'm proud: that I stuck with it and have achieved the weight loss I needed to become a healthier version of me. Food plan: Blue Fave app feature: water tracker! 03.01.2022 This week's Transformation Tuesday is WW Member Hayley @ltmww.hjs Why I joined: I joined WW in my teens years and became a LTM. I started back in July 2016 to lose some weight before my wedding that same year in October, and then to continue on to help my fertility in the hope of starting a family soon after. My journey so far: I’ve been a weekly workshop member every week since July 2016, apart from the last 12 months when I was pregnant and I took time away for the pregnanc...y and to start a family. I started back at WW 3 weeks ago, 9 weeks postpartum, to help shift the weight I gained during pregnancy. I’m loving being back again. What I’m proud of: Attending weekly workshops and staying accountable to my weigh-ins regardless of a loss or gain, but most importantly sticking to my goal for going, my ‘why’ and once achieving that goal, setting a new reason ‘why’ I choose to continue on. Food plan: Green Weight loss: 28 kg in this photo though I gained 13kg during my pregnancy.
