25.01.2022 Ross and Shae have been busy this week doing some soil testing, flora surveys and an epic business fundamentals course with our friends from RCS - Resource Consulting Services in preparation for our upcoming Regenerative Grazing Project, which has been sponsored by our other friends at I believe in a sustainable CQ. How lucky are we to have two of Australia’s leading environmental management and educational organisations right here on our doorstep? The more we learn about Re...genrative Agriculture, the more we come to believe it is the most important industry we have on the planet when it comes to sequestering carbon, protecting the soil and preventing the runoff onto our reefs. Ross will be doing a tour through the market garden, the food for...est, the animals and showing all of the sustainable features like the natural desalination plant, the powerless cold room, our upcycled house and mud brick pizza oven etc. Suggested donation of $20 for adults and free for kids. All donations will go towards helping us create this educational facility to help future generations learn how to work in harmony with Mother Nature for the future of our planet. 11.01.2022 We've had a beautiful morning at High Valley Dawn Permaculture Farm Yeppoon doing a farm tour with Ross and Craig. If you are in Yeppoon make sure you take your... family out to have a look at what these guys are doing! Its exciting to see this space evolving especially since our last visit almost 12 months ago. Its so important what these guys are practising here and its really wonderful they're doing their bit to educate in regards to regenerative methods so we can all have a brighter future on this land. Check out this visual story showing the effort we are putting in to locally sourcing all the ingredients for our Moringa Spaghetti Seafood Pasta. This dish has come about as the result of a wonderful collaboration between High Valley Dawn, Beaches Restaurant Rosslyn Bay, Dynamic Eggs and Rosslyn Bay Fish Market.
