23.01.2022 I can not stress enough that if you consider getting trade people in to do work make sure you complete the following first. Check the contractors licence is for the work they are going to undertake Make sure they hold the insurances that they are required to.... Get three quotes Make sure you sign a contract that has been issued by either the Master Builders Association, Housing Industry Association or Fair trading. Get three reference's from the contractor's last three jobs. If in doubt ask questions. Good luck
