24.01.2022 These are 7 simple steps to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.

23.01.2022 We have received our first batch of Flu Vaccines for patients aged 65+. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are prioritising patients at significant risk to get vaccinated first at our specialised flu clinics. These flu clinics are on organised days and times, where a nurse in full protective gear will administer the vaccine in the car park to avoid cross-infection. This is done to ensure the safety of our patients and the community. Call us from Monday 6/4/20 to organise your ...flu vaccination - if you are unable to get a booking, please do not worry as we will be opening additional flu clinic sessions when additional batches are received. 16.01.2022 It is National Skin Cancer Action Week. More than 2,000 people in Australia die from skin cancer each year, and Cancer Council estimates that Australia spends more than $1 billion per year treating skin cancer, with costs increasing substantially over the past few years. However, most skin cancers can be prevented by the use of good sun protection. That’s why this National Skin Cancer Action Week, all Australians are urged to use the five forms of sun protection. These are to...: - slip on sun-protective clothing - slop on SPF30 (or higher) broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen - slap on a broad-brimmed hat - seek shade - slide on sunglasses. If you are concerned see your GP ASAP to discuss further. Dr Liew & Dr Stanley are both experienced skin specialists and would be happy to advise.
