25.01.2022 First attempt at fondant on a 2 tier cake, was pretty chuffed with myself.
22.01.2022 Just fiddling around with some different techniques. Top tier is chocolate mud cake with white butter cream and chocolate lace, bottom tier is vanilla cake with chocolate ganash and white chocolate lace.
