23.01.2022 Butcher Birds, Magpies, Kookaburras are hanging around looking for a free feed again. We need some rain again to bring out some bugs. We desperately need Mother Nature to settle into normal ways. Very optimistic about spring being a good season for the bees. Fingers crossed. So many beekeepers loosing hives and having to feed the bees to keep them alive and will be for some months yet.

17.01.2022 Thanks to my customers today for their orders. Just letting you all know that I will be making Creamed Honey when I get back from camping. Should be ready by 2021. A few people bought some Pure Honeycomb today so hopefully get some good feedback.

There is such a shortage of honey now in Australia that Capilano have said they will start importing honey from overseas soon. So what country and how much of it is real honey? Remember to buy pure honey from your local beekeeper.
