24.01.2022 FREE LEASE (Thanks to all who inquired, Rocket has found a lovely home) Schoolmaster Allrounder Rocket Quarter horse X... Gelding, 15hh 18yr old Has been seen to windsuck Easy to c/s/f/w and do absolutely anything with. Great with dogs, cars, motorbikes and kids. He is up to date with his hooves, hendra and tetanus vaccinations. Rocket has the most impeccable ground manners, a beautiful quiet temperament and a great work ethic. He is a GREAT doer (gets fat looking at food). He has done everything! pony club, showjumping, dressage, campdrafting, sporting, trails and beach rides. Fantastic with kids and is so patient which makes him a great confidence builder. Rocket is currently not in work and is in very fat paddock condition. The video was taken on the 2nd of March 2019, pulled out of the paddock, jumped straight on and was an absolute gentleman in every sense of the word. He will need a re-adjustment by a chiropractor before he is brought back into work comfortably. (As you can see he is a little sore and stiff on the right lead canter). I am totally happy to bring him back into work for whoever may be interested or if you just don’t have the time. This will come at a cost but I simply want the best for this special boy. Rocket would excel with a teen or junior rider wanting to do pony club and competitions. He is great for beginners but due to his size, must be to a knowledgeable horsey home. Would love to see this gorgeous boy go to a young Pony club rider. He is currently located in Nashua NSW. NOTE: While working in collection, the motion of the head and neck becomes less pronounced than in working, medium, lengthened or extended work, but the motion is still there and the rider must not block it.
