03.01.2022 When you meet someone whom you have all their cookbooks and you just want to give them a cuddle and say thank you for teaching me to cook. So I did. Thank you Stephanie Alexander for inspiring me to educate the next generation and for taking the time out of your busy day to come and see what we are doing at the centre that I work out during the day educating the under 5s to cook. We made spinach dumplings, vegetarian spring rolls, chicken noodles, and sesame cucumber salad.
